What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted for all products within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or clearance/sale products are not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@kidz.mu or +230 5820 0077 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for exchange.

  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item and selecting your replacement.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired size or item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Note: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credits are provided instead.

When will I get my order?

Mauritius: We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Rodrigues: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier’s schedule.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in India. We carefully import only high-quality items to ensure the best for our customers.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders below Rs2000 → Flat rate of Rs100

  • Orders above Rs2000 → Free shipping

Note: Our flat rate of Rs100 for Mauritius and Rodrigues postage covers packaging and handling to ensure your order arrives safely. Actual postal rates are slightly lower (Mauritius ~Rs85, Rodrigues ~Rs64), but we maintain a uniform rate for simplicity and quality service.

How do I care for the clothes?

Our products are designed for everyday wear. Most items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on low. Specific care instructions are listed on each product label.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests before the order is processed for shipping.
