What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please request return within 7 days. 


Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted for all products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or clearance/sale products are not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@kidz.mu or +230 5820 0077 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for exchange.

  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item and selecting your replacement.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired size or item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Note: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credits are provided instead.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can cause delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with supporting photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.
